I have appeared as an expert witness/legal expert in international commercial arbitration, international investment arbitration and state courts. My field of expertise includes public international law, Ukrainian law, and private international law.
In international investment law, my area of expertise covers questions of jurisdiction, standards of investment protection, and contract interpretation.
In Ukrainian law, the area of my expertise covers civil law, commercial law, corporate law, conflict-of-laws and litigation before different branches and levels of the judiciary in Ukraine. I am admitted to the Ukrainian Bar as of 2006.
I have completed PhD programme at the University of Oslo, LL.M. programme at the Stockholm University in the field of international commercial arbitration, a post-graduate course in international trade law of the International Training Centre of the ILO, the University of Turin and the University Institute of European Studies (IUSE), as well as a 5-year legal training at the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy in Ukraine.
