I have appeared as co-arbitrator, sole arbitrator or presiding arbitrator in proceedings under the arbitration rules of the International Commercial Arbitration Court at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Ukraine (ICAC), the Arbitral Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce (SCC), the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), the International Court of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), the Court of International Commercial Arbitration at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Romania, the Vienna International Arbitral Centre (VIAC), the Vilnius Court of Commercial Arbitration (VCCA) and some others. These are the appointments by parties, co-arbitrators and institutions with a seat in Bucharest, Kyiv, London, Stockholm, Paris, Vienna, Vilnius and some other places.
The subject-matter of the disputes covers a broad range of fields. It includes aviation, banking, construction, distributorship, equipment, energy, infrastructure projects, IP (licensing, technology transfer), IT, international sale, services, insurance, investments, joint venture, maritime transportation, public-private partnership, and sports. The substantive laws applicable in these disputes include the laws of Austria, England and Wales, Germany, France, India, Poland, Russia, Romania, Switzerland, Sweden, Ukraine and some other laws. I conduct arbitral proceedings in English, Ukrainian and Russian languages. I am also fluent in Norwegian.
As of 2013, I am the Chartered Arbitrator (Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, the UK).
